Pierre and Heli Tobiana, invite you to our
comfortable guesthouses to feel the
attraction of life and joy in the desert.
Our guesthouses are suitable for the whole family with
an equipped kitchen, seperate bedrooms, badroom and
large outside diningtable.
We enjoy serving you our rich organic breakfast with
homemade bread, goatcheese and fresh laid eggs.
Ezuz is a small village founded in 1985, on a stategical
hills above the biblical parc Beerotayim with the Moshe
and
Aharon wells.

Mitspe Ezuztoday consist of 14 families facing the
challenges of living and working in the heart of the
negev natureresort.
A blend of Israeli, African, French and Dutch pioneers
developing agriculture, tourism and art.
Newly opened a romantic French coffeehouse which offers
pizzas and crepes and at the at
the goatfarm you can taste their devine organic
goatcheese while enjoying the view also local oliveoil
and wine is sold here.
Located in the
natureresort where silence is still heard, you can spotrare birds as the Houbara.
Guided tours are recommended, offering camel-
and donkeyrides and jeepexcursions.
Come enjoy the taste of bedouin cuisine under
the shade of a 900 year old Ela tree.
Explore the
mountains and the ancient art of Nabatean, Roman and
Turkish life such as rockpaintings and inscriptions
acricultural terraces and waterbassins.
Ask for tours or workshops in stone-, wood- and
mudsculpturing, metalworking, maskmaking, acrobalancing
and bellydancing.

Tobiana Studio
We are happy to
inform you that this spring Tobiana Studio has opened
its doors and kitchen for your guests!
Pierre Tobiana, former actor of the French "Theatre du
Soleil" and a passionate cook can host 8- 20 guests in
his Studio
and guesthouses in the rustique desertvillage Ezuz.
For a special event, meeting, anniversairy, you can
concentrate, relax and enjoy each others company in our
workshop
and guesthouses facing the foothills of the
Negevmoutains.
In this inspiring place where silence is still heard,
Pierre and his staff awake your taste with a selection
of their favorite French/ Mediterannean and Middle East
dishes.
Special: Together with his wife Heli, a former
circusacrobate, Pierre gives lectures and workshops in
Comedia dell'Arte acting with masks and acrobalance on
request.

Want to volunteer
in EZUZ?
We are
looking for volunteers for our theaterproject "time of
the desert".
We are building a theater in the middle of the Israeli
desert nature resort.
Our aim is to give youth from
the Negev an introduction in theater-
and circusarts.
The local municipality of Ramat ha Negev
participates in building an outdoor trapeze
structure.
Together with the French ambassy in Beersheva
and the circusschool of London we are working on a
project to exchange students from theater- and
circusartschools in France and London.
We need
volunteers all year around, we need help in both
construction and maintaining. At the moment we are
finishing the interior and exterior walls, the
electricity and floors.In Februari we have to get ready
for a maskmakingworkshop in the theater and to finish
one giant puppet with movable body for the Pourim
festival end februari.
For the exchange project with theater- and
circusschools we will be also needing help in the
communication in English.
In the summer we want to start giving workshops in
circusarts.
We work 8
hours a day and weekends off. We will provide 2 meals a
day and lodging, no additional costs and offer a unique
cultural experience in the desert. Possibilies of
hiking, swimming and cameltrips in the area.
